ling toddler — times three.
The governor's favorite dish

2 cups flour
3-4 eggs (enough to
moisten the flour)
I teaspoon salt
American cheese
butter
2 quarts water
1 large onion

Directions:

1) Combine the flout; eggs and salt. Place dough
on a wire rack
2) Boil water: Salt lightly.
3) Using a heavy spoon, scrape the dough over the
rack dropping small pieces in water: Cook about
10-15 minutes.
4) Meanwhile, slice onion and fry in butter:
.5) Drain noodles, then top with four slices
American cheese. Cover until melted
6) Place fried onions in center of dish and serve.
