Hurwitz-Partrich

Mr and Mrs. Miles Hurwitz of
Bloomfield Hills are pleased to
announce the engagement of
their daughter, Samantha Lynn,
to Ross Howard Partrich, son of
Mr. and Mrs. Spencer Partrich
of Bloomfield Hills.
Samantha earned her bache-
lor's degree from the University
of Michigan and her teaching de-

gree form Wayne State Univer-
sity. She teaches kindergarten at
Cranbrook Schools. Ross earned
his bachelor's degree from the
University of Michigan and a
master's degree in real estate de-
velopment and finance from New
York University.
A December wedding is
planned.

Dubin-Albert

Dr. and Mrs. William Albert of
Southfield are delighted to an-
nounce the engagement of their
son, Evan, to Rachel Jennifer Du-
bin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Leonard Dubin of Skokie, Ill.
Rachel completed her bache-
lor of arts degree last year and is
completing her nursing studies
for her R.N. diploma at St. Fran-
cis Hospital School of Nursing in
Evanston, Ill.

Evan is a graduate of the Uni-
versity of Michigan and received
a master's degree in public ad-
ministration from the Wagner
Graduate School of Public Ser-
vice at New York University. He
works as a mortgage banker for
Rock Financial Corp. in Bingham
Farms.
A July 1997 wedding is
planned in Chicago.
