fighting for his right to govern.

Binyamin Netanyahu,
who as a candidate for
Prime Minister glowed
with the power to get things
moving, but since he took office
seems to have fallen asleep in
his chair?" asked Yediot

The bewilderment is not un-
common in Israel these days. In
fact, President Ezer Weizman's
invitation this week to meet
with Yassir Arafat at the Is-
raeli's private seaside villa

Two limestone fragments
stand apart at the southern end

made such a blatant move out of
step with the Government's pol-
