Parenting-The First 100 days
is designed for first-time expec-
tant couples. Rabbi Leonardo Bi-
tran, Cantor Howard Glantz, Dr.
Brian Gendleman, Sherri Glass-
man, and Ruth Beresh will pre-
sent this three-week class begin-
ning Wednesday, Oct. 2, from
7:30-9 p.m.
Great Jewish Ideas will explore
the Torah, oral law, Pirke Avot
and more. Bring a dairy lunch; a
beverage will be provided. The
class will be taught by Rabbi Ir-
win Groner, Rabbi Leonardo Bi-
tran, Rabbi Moshe Tutnauer, Rab-
bi Debra Orenstein and Michael
Wolf on Mondays, noon-1 p.m.,
beginning Oct. 7
Babysitting is available for
daytime classes at no charge by
