Machon Hosts Two Programs Machon L'Torah, the Jewish Learning Network of Michigan, will hold a program on Thurs- day, Aug. 29, at 7:30 p.m. for the Russian outreach division. The program will include an ed- ucational lecture given by Rabbi Avraham Jacobovitz; Roman Lundin will translate into Russ- ian.
