On Monday, Aug. 19, at 1 p.m.,
the Jimmy Prentis Morris Jew-
ish Community Center will host
Barbara Facer. Ms. Facer will
present "The Oregon Trail," a
slide show tracing the 2,000-mile
route taken by settlers in the mid
1800s.
A Summer Celebration Party
sponsored by Jerome Glassman
and family will be held on Thurs-
day, Aug. 22, at 1 p.m. This event
is limited to JCC members only
and is free of charge. Show mem-
bership cards at the JPM desk.
The Sam Barnett Orchestra will
entertain and will be followed by
refreshments. Call the JPM, 967-

Vivian Stollman, accompanied
by Sonny Lipenholtz, leads the
the senior choir on Mondays at
12:30 p.m. There is no charge.
Adult art classes are held
every Monday, Wednesday and
