Ralph Sable were recently mar-
ried at Temple Israel. Rabbi
Harold Loss and Cantor Harold
Orbach officiated.
Lisa is the daughter of Sharon
Stein and the late Robert Stein
of Southfield. Steven is the son of
Irving and Frances Sable of Oak
Park.
Marcy Stein, sister of the bride,
was the maid of honor. Myrna
Lightstone-Preston, cousin of the
bride, was the matron of honor.
The bridesmaids were Carol
Sable, sister-in-law of the groom;
Linda Stein, sister-in-law of the
bride; Susan Phillips, cousin of
the bride; Deneen Bacow.
The best men were Dr. Aaron

Sable and Bruce Sable, brothers
of the groom; Albert Gottlieb, un-
cle of the groom; Todd Gottlieb,
cousin of the groom; Stephen Pre-
ston, cousin of the bride; Steven
Stein, brother of the bride. Giv-
ing the bride away was Barry
Stein, brother of the bride.
Also participating in the cer-
emony were the bride's and
groom's nephews, Corey Stein
and Jacob Sable, the ring bear-
ers. Alex and Ben Sherman, sons
of Dr. Ronald and Candyce
Sherman, were the junior ush-
ers. Herbert Genedlis, cousin of
the bride, also was a participant.
Following a honeymoon in
Dunns River, Jamaica, Lisa and
Steve now reside in Southfield.

Kogan-Finestone

Ellen Janet Kogan and Barry
Howard Finestone were recent-
ly married at Adat Shalom Syn-
agogue. Rabbi Efry Spectre and
Cantor Howard Glantz officiat-
ed.
Ellen is the daughter of Ray-
na and Natalio Kogan of West
Bloomfield. Barry is the son of
Jacqueline Steingold and David
Finestone of Glasgow, Scotland.
Sheryl Katzman and Amy
Berris were the maids of honor.
The bridesmaids were Lori Gutov
and Dana Goldberg. All the girls
attended Hillel Day School with
Ellen.
William Finestone, brother of

the groom, was best man.
Groomsmen were Marc Kogan,
brother of the bride, and Glaswe-
gians Jonathan Gerber, Jos
Robinson, Adam Lewis, Marc
"Spike" Kay, and Mark Ander-
son.
Kyla Finestone, the groom's
niece, was the flower girl; and
Aaron Finestone, the groom's
nephew, was the ring bearer.
Also participating in the cere-
mony was Luisa Kogan, grand-
mother of the bricle from Buenos
Aires.
Following' a hon6rmoon in
Italy, the couple will reside in
Evanston, Ill.
