The 1996 Church-Synagogue
Tour sponsored by the Ecu-
menical Institute for Jewish-
Christian Studies will be held
on Sunday, Sept. 8, beginning
at 1:30 p.m.
This annual program pro-

three different houses of wor-

more about the religious beliefs
of those who worship there.
The tour will begin at Con-
gregation B'nai Moshe in West
Bloomfield where Rabbi Elliot
Pachter will talk with guests. At
North Congregational Church
in Farmington Hills, the second
stop on the tour, the Rev. Mark
Jensen will meet with visitors.
The final stop is Holy Family
Catholic Church in Novi, where
Father John Budde will speak
with the group. At each stop
there will be opportunities for
questions and participation from
those attending the tour.
An informal reception will be
held at Holy Family Church at
4:30 p.m. There will be an op-
portunity for fellowship and re-
freshments (Jewish dietary laws
will be observed). The Rev.

of the institute.
This program is open to the
