The forum is sponsored by the Jewish Federation of Metropol- itan Detroit to promote an in- terest in Federation activities and enlighten its participants on important political, econom- ic and social issues. Guest speakers will be Mark Volpe, executive director, Detroit Symphony Orchestra Hall (DSOH), and Peter Cummings, DSOH board vice-chairman and director of real estate, the Fish- er Group. Prior to joining DSOH in 1991, Mr. Volpe was vice-pres- ident and general manager of the Minnesota Orchestra and general manager of the Balti- more Symphony Orchestra. Mr. Cummings, a former jour- nalist, is active in real estate de- velopment and management, providing real estate manage- ment and development services in Michigan, Florida and Texas. He is on the board of the Greater Downtown Partnership, ap- pointed by Mayor Dennis Archer. There is an admission fee. A dairy lunch will be served.
