Young Adults
Hold Cruise

Single and married young adults
are invited to kick off the new
season of events sponsored by
the Jewish Federation Young
Adult Division 7 p.m. Wednes-
day, Aug. 21, aboard the Dia-
mond Belle Riverboat. The
evening will feature a two-hour
cruise down the Detroit River,
music by Star Trax, munchies
and a cash bar.
There is a charge, and casu-
al attire is suggested. Reserva-
tions are limited, and advance
ticket purchase is required. For

by Sonny Lipenholtz, leads the
senior choir on Mondays at 12:30

Adult art classes are held
every Monday, Wednesday and
Friday from 9 a.m. - noon by
Harriet Gelfond. This is an on-
going beginning class using var-
ious media. There is a Jewish
Community Center fee and non-
member fee, which includes art
