Dr. and Mrs. Russell Horton of
Farmington Hills are delighted to

daughter, Julie Beth, to Jonathan
Dorfman, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Alan Dorfman of Commerce Twp.
Julie has a bachelor's degree in
psychology from Michigan State
University and a master's degree
in psychology from the Center for
Humanistic Studies. She is a psy-
chotherapist at Evergreen Coun-
seling Center in Bloomfield Hills.

Jonathan earned his bachelor's
degree from Michigan State Uni-
versity, his degree in mortuary
science from Wayne State Uni-
versity and a master's degree in
psychology from Wayne State
University. Jonathan and his fa-
ther own the Dorfman Funeral
Direction and he also counsels in-
dividuals and groups on grief-re-
lated issues for the Maximum
Living Clinic in Birmingham.
An August wedding is planned.
