Not all of the money and coupons may be distributed to the Class. On October 11, 1996 at 2:00 p.m., Magistrate Judge Viktor V. Pohorelsky will hold a hearing in Courtroom 102 of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, 2 Uniondale Avenue, Uniondale, NY 11553, to determine (1) whether to approve the proposed settlement and dismiss the lawsuit on the merits; (2) whether a proposed plan of allocating the proceeds of the settlement should be approved; and (3) whether applications for attorneys' fees, costs, and expenses by the attorneys repre- senting the Class should be approved.
