Kozloff will be the hon- oree. He is active in Oakland Century, Pisgah Lodge, Temple Israel, Veteran of Foreign Wars and Jewish War Veterans. Judge Stephen C. Cooper will be the speaker. Judge Cooper is the past president of the Michi- gan District Judges Association. He was elected to the 46th Dis- trict Court in 1986 and has served as its chief judge. The program will include the awarding of three $500 schol- arships to Jewish students whose academic and social achievements indicate future commitment to the Jewish com- munity.
