Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit seeks
director for new Commission on Jewish Elder-
care Services (COJES), central planning and co-
ordinating authority for eldercare services offered
through the Jewish community.

COJES director will be primary professional
liaison between the Commission, constituent
agencies and other private and government
agencies serving older adults.

Candidate should have master's degree in social
work, nursing, health administration or related
field with specific training in gerontology. Other
qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years' work experience in admin-
istration/management of social services directed
toward elderly
• Ability in planning, agency/interorganization
relations
• Knowledge of eldercare services industry
