VICTOR MILLER, 50, of

Farmington Hills, died June
12. For the past 12 years, Mr.
Miller was the president of
John Adams Mortgage Compa-
ny in Farmington Hills. He
graduated from the Detroit
College of Law in 1972. Mr.
Miller was a past president of
Mortgage Bankers Association
of Michigan (MBAM), chair-
man of the Legislative Commit-
tee, and on the Board of Gover-
nors from 1986-1988 and
1992-1995. He received an out-
standing mortgage banker
award of Mortgage Bankers
Association of Michigan in
1990 and was on the Advisory
Board of FNMA (Fannie Mae)
Midwestern Region from 1984-
1985. He was recognized by
Vice President Al Gore for his
contribution to 203K Loan Re-
habilitation Program Stream-
lining Task Force.
Mr. Miller was the loving son of
the late Judith Miller. He is
survived by his wife, Arlene;
sons, Brian of Royal Oak,
Kevin of Farmington Hills;
daughters, Karen of Farming-
ton Hills, Tracey of Farmington
Hills; father, Max; brothers
and sister-in-law, Bernard of
California, Marvin and Carole
of Farmington Hills.
Interment at Hebrew Memori-
al Park. Contributions may be
made to the Karmanos Cancer
Institute, 18831 West 12 Mile
Road, Lathrup Village, MI
48076-9806; or the Hospice of
Southeastern Michigan, 16250
Northland Drive, Suite 212,
Southfield, MI 48075. Arrange-
ments by the Ira Kaufman
Chapel.

is survived by her son and
