Shir Tikvah Plans Services Congregation Shir Tikvah will host members and prospective members at a Shabbat weekend which will begin with a Shabbat Song service on Friday evening, June 14, atNorthminster Church in Troy and will culminate with a Havdalah under the stars ser- vice on Saturday evening, June 15, at Congregation Shir Tikvah's future synagogue site in Troy. Rabbi Arnie Sleutelberg will lead the Shabbat evening service at 7:45 p.m. The guest speaker will be Paul Welday, chief of staff for Congressman Joe Knollen- berg. The Havdalah service at 8:15 p.m. will give a chance to view the future home site of the congre- gation while sharing songs around a bonfire.
