On Tuesday, May 7th, Rabbi Shumel Irons
gave a moving and interesting lecture titled
"Why Bad Things Happen to Good People -
Coping with Grief." His wealth of knowledge
and the depth in which he covered the sub-
ject kept the audience attentive and asking
questions.
This lecture was one of a four part series that
will continue on the next two Tuesdays, May
21st and May 28th. The topic on May 21st
will be "A Time to Forgive"; and on May 28th
Rabbi Irons will discuss the "Secret of True
Happiness." The lectures given by Rabbi
Irons have been a positive experience for all
members of our community, Conservative,
Reform and Orthodox Jews. This lecture
series was created as a service for the greater
Jewish Community. Everyone who attends
will benefit from Rabbi Irons' knowledge and
enjoy his open lecture style.

Center's West Bloomfield location the next
