1 /4 cup honey
2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 1/2 cups mixed fresh berries
(strawberries, raspberries,
blueberries)
Sour cream, for garnish

In large nonstick skillet, over medium heat, saute blintzes in 2 tablespoons
margarine for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.
Remove from skillet; keep warm.

In same skillet, over medium-high heat, heat remaining
margarine, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg to a
boil. Reduce heat; simmer 2 minutes or until thickened.
Stir in berries; cook for 30 seconds. Immediately spoon
berry sauce over prepared blintzes; serve topped with a
dollop of sour cream if desired.

Aaron H. Sherbin has been nom-
inated president of the Young
Adult Division of the Jewish Fed-
eration of Metropolitan Detroit.
The president, along with other
YAD officers and executive com-
mittee members, will be installed
during the organization's annu-
al event June 20.
Nominated officers for YAD

Executive board nominees are:
