Rep. Willis Bullard: A conservative,
business-oriented Republican.

Rep. Bullard, who has served
14 years in the House and chairs
the tax committee, believes his
record best qualifies him to rep-
resent the 15th District.
"Most people would regard me
as a conservative, business-ori-
ented Republican, which is what
the voters in the district are look-
ing for.
"We (Republicans) have an un-
finished tax-cut agenda rd like to
promote in the Senate. On a per-
sonal side, I'd like to see the
Michigan income-tax form sim-
plified to a nine-line return."

Mr. Sever does not believe it is
wise to cut back on education
funding. He said Oakland Coun-
ty is not getting a fair share of its
money back for roads. He believes
the state needs to redistribute
more funds back to the county
and not to other areas of the
state.
