COMPILED BY SEYMOUR MANELLO SHELDON TOLL, Detroit at- torney, whose primary practice areas are commercial and busi- ness law, has authored the sec- ond edition of Pennsylvania Crimes Code Annotated, which has been in publication for more than 20 years. The book has been referred to in decisions of the Pennsylvania appellate court as an "invaluable work." The first edition was authored by Mr. Toll while he was serving as a vol- unteer researcher for the Penn- sylvania Bar Association in 1972. The book consists of approxi- mately 1,000 pages and is pub- lished by Lawyers Cooperative Publishing, Rochester, NY. Mr. Toll is a partner of the Detroit law firm of Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn.
