I

f you've ever had a bagel chip, you
know it's one of the tastiest things
going. But did you know you can
easily make your own?
All you need are bagels, a little
cooking oil, foil and an oven.
Slice bagels in pieces, about 1/8"
thick each. Brush with oil. Place on
foil and bake for about 25 minutes in
350-degree oven.

hosting a pop-

event for friends and
family.
Everyone has to
think up something new
and fun (and hopefully
tasty — this is not a place for

some ideas:

M&Ms

Parmesan cheese

Prepare an "office kit," com-
plete with all the vital items a
typical boss might need. You
could fill an old briefcase with:

pens and pencils
a memo pad
paper clips
a ruler
a pretend telephone
scissors
a clock
tape
a framed photo of the family
paper and envelopes
Post-It notes
a notebook
a coffee mug
an appointment book

The next time you have to go
to the office and your child stays
behind, ask him to do some
work in his own "office" until
you get home.

hat do you think the
Garden of Eden looked
like?
Read what the Torah has to
say (in Exodus, of course), then
use your own imagination.
How would a modern Garden
of Eden appear? What's your
concept of "paradise"?

W

e've said it before, but
this time it has to be
true: Warm days are

If your children like painting
with watercolors, but you don't
like the cleaning up, let them
have fun decorating outdoors.
Give children a brush, a
bowlful of water and some
paints, and ask them to custom-
design rocks in your back yard.
They'll have a good time, and
you'll have a beautiful new look
to your home (until the next
time it rains, that is).
