Another New York City restau-
rant open for Passover is What's
Cookin'. It offers a choice of pub-
lic or private seder and will be
open for all Passover meals
throughout the holiday. Visitors
at the New York Hilton and Tow-
ers or at the Pierre Hotel can or-
der kosher meals from room
service.
Passover in the islands can be
enjoyed at two resorts in Puerto
Rico — at the Hyatt Dorado
Beach Resort and the Caribe
Hilton Resort. Cuisine will be pre-
pared by Levana of New York and
there will be special programs and
resort activities.
For a holiday far from home,
Hawaii's Hapuna Beach Prince
Hotel promises a royal vacation.
Oceanfront rooms with private
lanais, numerous sports, tropical
and traditional cuisine and dai-
ly wine tasting are on the agen-
da. There will be a scholar in
residence, guest lecturers and a
youth director. The resort even
offers a video for those wishing
to learn more about its fa-

Cruise Alaska
In July

A seven-day Alaska cruise aboard
the Celebrity Horizon will be of-
fered by the Jewish Center June
26 – July 5. The cruise includes
the Inside Passage, Hubbard
Glacier, and the College Fiords,
Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway
and Valdez. Kosher food is avail-
able with advance reservations.
Outside cabins: category 5-Mem-
bers: $2543; non-members:
$2693; Category 6-members:
$2516; non-members: $2666; in-
side cabins: Category 9-members:

Prices are per person, double
occupancy. Single supplements
are available. Prices include
