grandchildren, Rimma Shapiro,
Alla Shapiro, Elaine Korngold;

DORINNE LOIS VELICK,

69, of Southfield, died March 11.
Mrs. Velick was a founding
member of Birmingam Temple,
a member of Hadassah, the Na-
tional Council of Jewish
Women and the Birmingham-
Bloomfield Art Association.
She was the loving daughter
of the late Fred E. Sherman.
Mrs. Velick is survived by her
husband, Stuart; sons and
daughter-in-law, Jon and Susi
of Farmington Hills, Paul of
Venice, Calif.; daughter and
son-in-law, Beth and Michael
Silver of Huntington Woods;
grandchildren, Matthew and
Samantha Velick, Rachael and

EVELYN WALL, 78, of Oak

Park, died March 9. She was
the beloved wife of the late Sid-
ney Wall. She is survived by

GOLDIE G. WARRENSKY,

84, of Warren, died March 4.
Ms. Warrensky was a retiree of
GM Corp., where she was em-
ployed for 25 years. She is sur-
vived by nieces and nephews,
Phyllis Stroh, Martin, Dorothy,
David, Geral and Sharon
Diskin; 20 great-nieces and
nephews; 10 great-great-nieces

and nephews. Graveside ser-
vices were held at the Hebrew
Memorial Park Cemetery in
Mt. Clemens.

DR. BEN WEINBERG, 70, of

Bloomfield Hills, died March
10. For 35 years, Dr. Weinberg
had a dental practice in South-
field and was a commerical
real estate developer in the 10
Mile and Southfield area.
He was an all-city tennis
champion of Central High
School class of 1943, city dou-
bles champion at age 19, ran
track, was an avid golfer and
an outstanding athlete in all
racquet sports. Dr. Weinberg
was a graduate of the Universi-
ty of Detroit Dental School in
1952 and attended Wayne
State University on a basket-
ball scholarship.
Dr. Weinberg was the loving
son of the late Joseph and Yetta
Weinberg. He is survived by his
wife, Audrey; sons and daugh-
ters-in-law, Dr. Douglas and
Carol Wayne of Midlothian,
Va., James and Laura Wein-
berg of Brighton, Scott and
Rhonda Weinberg of West
Bloomfield; daughter and son-
in-law, Shawn and Dr. Jon
Rosenthal of Plantation, Fla.;
grandchildren, Desarae, Ronnie
and Alan Wayne, Danielle and
Nicholas Weinberg, Zachary
and Alexander Rosenthal; sis-
ter and brother-in-law, Maxine
and Sidney Kort of Farmington
Hills.

Company. He was also a past

Abraham Hillel Moses, a past

member of the Jewish War Vet-
erans.
Mr. Wilner is survived by
his wife, Evelyn of Southfield;
