Mary Ann Hansen: Voting "for the least
radical."

Mary Ann Hansen, a docent at
the Holocaust Memorial Center,
said she has not made up her
mind.
"I'll vote for the least radical,"
she said. "So I guess that takes
care of Buchanan. Experience will
make a difference. But I won't
rule out Forbes either. I'm still lis-
tening to what he has to say.
"I'm also not crazy about Sen. ( _ 7/
Dole because his demeanor is
poor, and he doesn't come across
as personal. I will not vote for
Clinton because he is too liberal."
Ms. Hansen says if the gener-
al election became a race between
President Clinton and Pat
Buchanan, she doesn't know
whom she would vote for
"Buchanan is an extremist and
that scares me," she says. "I'd nev-
er not vote, but I honestly don't
know whom I would support. I
think I'd write in someone."

Rick Feinberg: Listening to the
candidates.

Rick Feinberg, of West Bloom-
field, is still trying to decide
whom he will vote for on March
19. He is not happy with any of
the candidates, but says he is
leaning toward Mr. Forbes.
"I'm not sure why," Mr. Fein-
berg says about his potential vote
for Mr. Forbes. "I'm totally
against Buchanan, and I'm not
happy with Dole's politics over
the last several years. He flip-
flops on issues. Unfortunately,
voting for Clinton is not out of the
question. President Clinton
changes his mind on the issues,
too. However, the economy is
flourishing under him and his
heart is in the right place. If Pow-
ell ran, I definitely would have
voted for him. Maybe I just won't

vote."
Between now and March 19,

Mr. Feinberg says he will watch
and listen to the candidates be-
fore making any decisions.

John Zilli, of Southfield, considers
himself an independent, but says
he will vote in the Republican pri-
mary.
"From what I've seen, the Re-
publicans could implement pro-
grams that will get America on
the right track."
Mr. Zilli will wait until the last-\
minute to make a final decision,
although he is leaning toward Mr.
Forbes. LI
