CENTER HIRES NEW DIRECTOR OF
HEALTH, FITNESS & SPORTS

Sunday, March 17 • 4 p.m.

Janice Charach Epstein Museum/Gallery

Scott Kraiza has been hired as the Director of Health, Fitness &
Sports for the JCC. Working out of the Maple/Drake facility, Scott's
responsibilities will involve overseeing four athletic departments
including the health club, sports and fitness department, aquat-
ics department, and the Rosenberg Complex. He will also act as
a consultant for the JPM facility and is in charge of programming
and staffing for summer camp sports activities.

ST. CLAIR TRIO

This season marks a new era for the trio, hailed by the Detroit Free
Press
as "a major new ensemble." The trio will perform a program
of Mozart, Faure and Brahms.

Some of Scott's main objectives include improving Health, Fitness & Sports' customer ser-
vice, increasing member participation in sports programs, recruiting new members and
working with the marketing department to develop new health club marketing ideas.

Scott was previously employed as Sales Director for Joe Dumars' Fieldhouse where he
was responsible for corporate relations. This involved acting as a liaison between the Field-
house and the public for the purpose of recruiting businesses to utilize the facility for sports
activities and business functions. Welcome Scott!
