Temple Beth El Sisterhood's "A
Morning of Good Health" will be

The program, will begin with
"Stretching and Movement" led
by Debra Bernstein-Siegel, in-
structor of dance at Marygrove
College.
At 10:30 a.m., participants will
eat brunch and then learn how to
"shop healthy" from Gail Posner,
a dietitian in private practice.
