This program will consist of United States Pro- fessional Tennis Association certified instruc- tion. Tennis Camp will be open to all levels from beginners to advanced players. Participants will be involved in drills, instruction, match play, or- ganized competitions, and other exciting tennis activities. The ICC Summer Camp's careful programming is designed to help \, campers learn about themselves, / discover hidden talents and make new friends through participation in a variety of activities. Your children will love expressing their creativity through ceramics, painting and drama. They will have the opportunity to learn and mas- • ter the art of tennis, enjoy swimming, participate in a wide selection of sports activities and, of course, make many new friends. Summer Nursery Camp (Pre-School) ICC Pro Sports Camp June 15 - August 16 (Ages 6-14) Maple✓Drake 7CC Pro Sports Camp caters to children who are interested in learning spe- cific sports, working on their skills and having fun. This camp is recommend- ed for children who are interested in a sport, but haven't played, or for a novice, intermediate or varsity sports team player who's looking to improve. All campers will receive quality instruction by sports professionals. Children will enjoy swimming, arts and crafts, recreation, games, stories, and nature. One highlight is a trip to a local attrac- tion like the petting zoo. Our staff are all experienced teachers from the JCC Child Development Center, providing children with the highest quality care. Children must • be 2 1/2 years old and toilet trained to participate. Ice and IPM Pull as Program Camp of the Art= June 24 - August 1 (Ages 7-17) Maple✓Drake Campers, grouped by age, will enjoy playing sports, going on nature hikes, canoeing, swimming, arts and crafts, drama, music and learning about Israeli culture. Second through fifth graders will also have an opportunity to spend the day at Camp Maas. Three day campers in kindergarten and first grade may choose to attend camp Mon- day, Wednesday and Friday only. This six week program is designed for the young aspiring actor and offers intensive training to increase appreciation and understanding of the inter-workings of the the- atre. Campers will focus on the expressive use of voice and body, stage orientation and usage, building and refining characters, performing, and hints on working with a di- rector. Camper's Choice (Fourth - Ninth Grade) Safari MI - Sixth Grade) Teen Caravan (Seventh - Ninth Grade) Departs from Maple/Drake Maple✓Drake Facility By choosing one morning and one afternoon activity per session, campers are able to cus- tom design their own summer of fun. Choic- es include: computers, photograpy, performing arts, sports, tennis, jewelry, fine arts and dance. All groups are co-ed with advanced skills taught second session. Campers will be treated to a field trip to the Wave Pool. Swimming is also available. Campers will visit places of interest in the metro Detroit area, experiencing a different c ( f, adventure each day. Our "travelers" may go roller blading, horseback riding, bowling, -T- or swimming at the Wave Pool. The Safari program includes an extended day at Cedar (c; Point and a Tiger Baseball game. Teen Caravan campers will enjoy a three day trip to Kings Island, Toronto, or Mackinaw Island.
