And he got to sample three differ- ent kinds on Sunday, and even mix them to go from white to pink to dark red. Of course, he had to say the ap- propriate blessing before he was able to sample, but that wasn't a prob- lem at Congregation Beth Shalom's Tu B'Shevat Extravaganza. Jason was one of 100 children — kindergartners, first-, second- and third-graders — who participated in the extravaganza along with their parents. The youngsters celebrated Tu B'Shevat, the Jewish New Year of the Trees, by learning about wine (the grape juice), the different cate-
