lence. In 1990, she became in-
volved with peace activism and
feminism at the Haifa Feminist
Center.
Dr. Hala Hazan is the direc-
tor of Follow Up for Arab Edu-
cation and is a board member of
many organizations dealing
with Arab and women's issues.

A kindergarten informational
breakfast will be held Tuesday,
Feb. 6, beginning 8:15 a.m. at
Temple Emanu-El Nursery
School.
Both half-day and full-day op-
tions are available. Teachers
will be on hand to explain cur-
riculum goals and materials.
Extended care will be available
both before and after class.
Enrollment materials for all
1996 - 1997 Nursery School and
Day Camp programs will be
available by Feb 1. The camp is
for children age 2 through 6
years old.
Programming options for 4 to
6 year olds will include the "Safe-
ty Town," weekly pool swimming
and bussed field trips, in addi-
tion to on-sight art, water, sports
