Included are tickets to five
events.
Participants will stay in lodge fa-

cilities at Cloudland Canyon State
Park. Travel will be by air conditioned
coach. In addition, participants will spend a day hiking and
touring Stone Mountain and a day at Six Flags Over Geor-
gia amusement park.
The fee of $685 includes everything except travel to At-

For Rembrance Day

anna Liz and Marta Rosenthal will again chair the community's
Yom HaZikaron — Israel Remembrance Day — observance sched-
uled for 7 p.m. Monday, April 22, at the Maple-Drake Jewish
Community Center.
Mr. Lis is a member of the Jewish Federation Board of Governors
and a past president of Federation's Young Adult Division. His oth-
er affiliations include the Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith,
Friends of the Israel Defense Forces, Jewish Community Council,
Michigan Chapter of Friends of Alyn Hospital, Adat Shalom Syna-
Hannan Us
gogue and AIPAC.
Mrs. Rosenthal, a recipient of Federation's Sylvia Simon Green-
berg Leadership Award., sits on the Federation board. She is a long-

time participant in Federation activities, including the former Junior
Division, Women's Division, Walk for Israel, Michigan Miracle Mis-
sion, Zuckerman Campaign Leadership Series and Women's Hadracha. She also is affiliated with Congregation Shaarey Zedek, Za-
mir Chorale, Sinai Hospital Guild and National Council of Jewish Women.
The observance is sponsored by the Michigan/Israel Connection, a program of the Jewigh Federation of Metropolitan Detroit;
the Friends of the Israel Defense Forces; the Jewish Community Center; and The Jewish News.
