Each food will be reviewed by members of The Jewish News staff, with a consensus ul- timately rende:ing a "forks up" (buy it now!) or a "forks down" (skip it) rating. Consider This Jewish law has much to say about the way people treat an- imals. We are obligated, for ex- ample, to feed our pets before we ourselves sit down to eat. Yet it also makes clear that animals should not be placed on the same level as human be- ings. A human life is sacred, and nothing is comparable.
