GEORGE "BUDDY"
BRODY, 63, of Southfield, died
Jan. 8. Mr. Brody was a real es-
tate investor and a venture cap-
italist. He was also a master
bridge player (over 900 points).
Mr. Brody was the former own-
er and founder of Nationwide
Auto Brokers.
He was the beloved son of
the late Samuel Brody and the
late Anna Brody. Mr. Brody is
survived by his son and daugh-
ter-in-law, Scott and Lisa
Dresner of Birmingham;
daughters, Sheryl of South-
field, Ronna of Royal Oak;
grandchildren, Jordyn and

Mrs. Greenes graduated from
Eastern Michigan University
with a master's degree in nurs-
ing in 1995. She was affiliated
with the Jewish Federation of
Washtenaw County, the Jewish
Community Center in Ann Ar-
bor, Planned Parenthood, He-
brew Day School of Ann Arbor
- and Hadassah. She was a mem-
ber of Congregation Beth Israel.

Mrs. Greenes was the loving
sister of the late David Greenes
and the dear daughter-in-law of
the late Ira Weiner. She is sur-
vived by her husband, Mark
