82, of West Bloomfield, died
Dec. 15. Mr. Guttman is sur-
vived by his wife, Helen Magda;
sons and daughters-in-law,
Jerome and Amy of Pacific Pal-
isades, Calif., Bruce and Julie
of Huntington Woods; grand-
children, Allison and Kari. Con-

ment at Oakview Cemetery in

TILLIE KNOPPER, 94, of
Southfield, died Dec. 14. Mrs.
Knopper was the past president
of Zedakah and a member of
Congregation Shaarey Zedek.
She was the beloved wife of the
late Maurice Knopper, the lov-
ing mother of the late Helen
Perlman and the adoring
grandmother of the late Jen-
nifer Mellen.
Mrs. Knopper is survived by
her daughter and son-in-law,
Elinor and Stuart Gross of
Beechwood, Ohio; grandchil-
dren, Barbara and Dr. John
Mellen, Richard and Judy Perl-
man, Dr. Marc and Lynn
Winkelman, Nancy Winkel-
man; great-grandchildren,
Anne and Mary Winkelman,
Matthew, Justin and Stephanie
Perlman, Zachary Mellen; sis-
ter, Rose Gold. Interment at
Clover Hill Park Cemetery.

NATHAN LEIB, 92, of West
Bloomfield, died Dec. 19. Mr.
Leib was a men's wear executive
and owner of two Leib Brothers
Men's Wear stores. He was a
member of Temple Israel and
also one of the original members
of Knollwood Country Club. He
was the dear brother of the late
Simon Leib, the late William
Leib and the late Abe Leib.
Mr. Leib is survived by his
wife, Jane; son and daughter-in-
law, Dr. Sidney and Lynn of
West Bloomfield; grandchildren,
Dr. Ronald Leib, Dr. Richard
and Denise Arden, David and
Shoshana Rubenstein, Jolee Ar-
den; great-grandchildren,
Amanda Arden, Alissa Arden;
brother, Joseph Leibovitz of
Southfield; sister, Anne Feld-
man of Southfield. Interment at
