SIGMUND GABE, 91, former Detroiter of Palm Desert, Calif., died Nov. 20. Dr. Gabe served as a Captain in the U.S. Army from 1942-45. The first years of his medical career were as a general practi- tioner in Detroit. Following World War II, he became a pro- fessor at the University of Southern California.
