WHAT:

Youth Rollerblade Hockey League for ages
7-14. 4 on 4 plus a goalie.
WHEN:
Sundays beginning November 5th
Games will be played beginning at 3:00
WHERE:
Oak Park Jewish Community Center-
Jimmy Prentis Morris Building • 11510
W. 10 Mile Road
EQUIPMENT: All players will be requierd to wear:
Rollerblades, helmet, mouth guard, elbow
and knee pads. Hockey or Lacrosse gloves
and shin guards are highly recommended.

Each team is allowed a maximum of 10
players and a minimum of 6 players.
(goalies count as players)

REGISTRATION & FEES: Team Registration: $120
Individual Registration: $25
(Individual players will be placed on a house team.)
AWARDS:
All participants will receive a free t-shirt and
a certificate of participation An award will
be given to the top place team at the end of
the season.
