the early 60s. Later, he worked
at New York Bagel and became
part owner of the company. He
retired in 1989. In 1991, he and
his two sons opened Brothers'
Bagel and Deli.He was a mem-
ber of Congregation Shaarey
Zedek B'nai Israel Center.
He is survived by his wife,
Charlotte; sons and daughters-
in-law, Michael and Susan of
Farmington Hills, Steven and
Linda of Huntington Woods;
brother and sister-in-law, Kuba
and Zipora of Bnai Brak, Israel;
sister and brother-in-law, He-
len and Mietek Hakman of Los
Angeles; grandchildrfen, Kel-
ley, Mark, Jeffrey, liana.
Services were held at Clover
Hill Park Cemetery Chapel in
Birmingham followed by inter-
ment at the cemetery. Contri-
butions may be made to the
Hospice of SE Michigan, 16250
Northland Dr., Ste. 212, South-
field, MI 48075; or to the Holo-
caust Memorial Center of West
Bloomfield, 6602 W. Maple,
West Bloomfield, MI 48322.

DR SHELDON C. WHITE,
39, of Southfield, died Oct. 19.
Dr. White is survived by his
wife, Sharon; children, Dena
Miriam, Menachem Dovid,
Alana Ruth and Naomi Esther;
parents, Lawrence and Shirley
of Oak Park; brother and sister-
in-law, Rabbi Brian and Henna
of Brooklyn, N. Y.; sister and
brother-in-law, Ronna and
Maurice Perlman of Southfield.

HENRY WOLF, 74, of Oak
Park, died Oct. 12. Mr. Wolf
was a salesman for Detroit City
Dairy. He is survived by his
wife, Eleanor; son, Larry of
Chicago; daughter and son-in-
law, Ruthanne and Michael
Tuomey of Huntington Woods;
grandchildren, Eric and Ethan
Tuomey; sisters and brothers-
in-law, Trude and Max Lumel-
sky of Farmington Hills, Ilse
