Mrs. Conn was the beloved wife of the late Dr. Harold Conn and beloved mother of the late Dr. Burton Conn. She was born in Utah and was raised and lived in Detroit un- til moving to Ottumwa in 1952. Mrs. Conn attended the Uni- veristy of Detroit and the Uni- versity of Southern California, during her residency in San Diego from 1968 - 1994. She was a lifetime member of Hadassah and the National Council of Jewish Women; in both organizations she held lo- cal and regional offices.
