Annual Hayride-Bonfire with Is-
raeli Dancing at Wiard's Or-

mer will speak on "Israel: Per-
ceptions and Misperceptions."

Bais Chabad Torah Center will
host a Hachnosas celebrating the
donation of a new Sefer Torah by
the Skoczylas family in honor of
their husband and father,
Abram.
The celebration will take place
on Sunday, Oct. 22, at 12:30 p.m.
The procession will start at the
Old Orchard Shopping Mall, Or-
chard Lake Road corner of Maple
Road, and will proceed to the
Torah Center where there will
be traditional hakofot, accompa-
nied by music and refreshments.
The Torah Center will initiate
the fall semester of its Project
Talmud on Monday, Oct. 23.
Courses offered include classes
on Jewish mysticism, Jewish his-
tory, Chumash, and commenta-
tors. To obtain a complete
