Sunday morning brunch
was held at the home of Dan
and Cheri Krause. Everyone
who attended the event re-
ceived a 300-page indexed fam-
ily tree tracing all the
descendants of Krause's 10
children. The book lists almost
300 descendants and is color-
coded for each branch of the
family tree.
Benjamin Krause left quite
a legacy. He came to Detroit
from Russia in 1901 with his
eldest son Dave. As soon as he
could afford it, he sent for his
wife Pessie and nine children.
All of the Krauses came to

America using the last name
