Teeple brought home four me& Is in track this year and nine alto- gether over the past three years. In August in Los Angeles, he re- ceived a gold for the 200-meter run, which he ran in 25.2. Along with three teammates, Teeple also earned a gold for the 4-by-100 meter relay and the 4-by- 400 meter relay. In addition, he won a silver in the 100-meter run, with a time of 12.3. In the 1994 Maccabi Games in Cleveland, he earned four bronze medals. In 1993, in St. Louis, he won a gold medal in the 4-by-100 meter relay. THE SKINNY: This will be Teeple's third year playing power-forward for Berkshire's basketball team. He began his interest in track at age 12, after a basketball coach said he was fast and should try out for the track team. Teeple has placed first in every race he has entered since sixth grade at Berkshire. In addition, he is an avid skateboarder and drum player. Teeple is also lead vocalist in a local punk rock band.
