■ To present an integrated approach in teaching parenting skills and Jewish values.
■ To enable parents to enhance their Jewish values and practices.

■ To help parents understand and meet the developmental needs of their children.
■ To teach Jewish observance of life cycle events from a family perspective.

■ To involve several generations in Jewish activities and experiences.
■ To provide a comfortable environment in which to participate in synagogue and community.

Positive Parenting...

You have been given the greatest and most precious gift of all gifts... your child!
The relationship you share is a lifelong commitment that can only be fulfilled by you.
Parenting is exhausting as well as exhilarating. Each stage—from early childhood
through adulthood—requires different skills and approaches. The Eugene and Marcia
Applebaum Jewish Parenting Center exists for you, you and all the other parents faced
with the same concerns, challenges, and questions about raising happy, productive,
loving, caring and capable human beings, proud of their Jewish heritage.
