LILLIAN KATZ, 83, of Port
Huron, died Aug. 23. Mrs. Katz
was a saleswoman in the
hosiery department for Crow-
ley-Milner. She was the beloved
wife of the late Charles Katz.
Mrs. Katz is survived by her
son, Dr. Austin Katz of Lake-
port, Mich.; seven grandchil-
dren; six great-grandchildren;
sister, Eva Wilensky of Toledo.
Interment at Beth Abraham
Cemetery. Contributions may
be directed to the Alzheimers

SARAH MARKOWITZ, 87, of
Oak Park, died Aug. 26. Mrs.
Markowitz was the beloved
wife of the late John
Markowitz. She is survived by
her sons and daughters-in-law,
Morris of Southfield, Seymour
and Audrey of West Bloomfield,
Dr. Arnold and Lynn Dale of
West Bloomfield; daughters
and sons-in-law, Pauline and
Seymour Kavesky of Madison
Heights, Ruth and Bernie Moss
of West Bloomfield; grandchil-
dren, Bonnie and Matt Crocker,
Jay and Hope Markowitz,
Manon and Nicole Kavesky,
Carolyn Markowitz, Kevin and
Meryl Markowitz. Contribu-

interment were held at He-
brew Memorial Park Cemetery.
