Stretch and Stroll
Buckle up the babies and get ready to stroll.
Here is a great way to get fresh air, exercise,
and conversation. This walking group is led
by an aerobics instructor and will begin and
end with some exercise and stretching.

Happy Babies
An exercise class for moms and babies
up to one year of age. Perk up a gray,
gloomy winter with exercise, friends
and conversation. Bring a blanket for
the baby and get ready to work out and
socialize. Babysitting for children ages
2 and up available by reservation only.

Beyond Chicken Soup
Learn the skills to effectively handle burns,
cuts, scrapes, sudden illness, fractures,
sprains, knocked-out teeth, choking, poi-

one who loves children. Space is limited.

Mensch Making
S.T.E.P. for parents of preschoolers. Learn to
understand why children misbehave and
specific techniques to help solve these
problems. Learn to handle sibling rivalry,
