Stretch and Stroll

Buckle up the babies and get ready to stroll.
Here is a great way to get fresh air, exercise,
and conversation. This walking group is led
by an aerobics instructor and will begin and
end with some exercise and stretching.

An exercise class for moms and babies
up to one year of age. Perk up a gray,

Mensch Making

S.T.E.P. for parents of preschoolers. Learn to
understand why children misbehave and
specific techniques to help solve these
