Men's Club
Plans Tour

Congregation Beth Achim Men's
Club will host a tour of old Jew-
ish Detroit on Sunday, Sept. 17,
beginning at 1 p.m., beginning
at Congregation Beth Achim.
The three-and one-half hour
guided tour will highlight Jewish
neighborhoods, Avahas Achim,
Beth Aaron, other synagogues,
and other points of interest.
Reservations are required by

Sklar is involved anniinlly with the
United Jewish Appeal and is a
member of the Jewish Welfare

Mrs. Sklar has been involved
in Hadassah as a founder and
life member; Congregation
Shaarey Zedek and its sister-
hood; she is a life member of
B'nai B'rith; Jewish Welfare Fed-
eration; Mogen David Adom;
ORT; Israel Tennis; JARC and
the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
