cently honored its president, Lot-
tie Malkin, as Woman of the
Year.
The next meeting will be held
Aug. 8, at Lancaster Hills Club-
house. Plans are under way for
the Cherub Donor Luncheon,
which will be held at Shenan-
doah Country Club on Oct. 11.

The Detroit chapter, B'nai B'rith
Women will host an afternoon
luncheon and entertainment on
Aug. 16, at noon at Sutton Place
clubhouse.
New officers are presidium:
Frita Roth Drapkin, Dorothy
Storchan, Gussie Zuckersteen;
recording secretary: Pauline
Barak; treasurer: Florence Pan-
itch; vice presidents: Gert Rosen,
Sophie Aronovitz.
A musical program will be pre-
sented by Lillian Zellman, pi-
anist, and Cantor Sidney
Resnick, of Congregation Beth
El in Windsor, who will perform
variety of songs.
Ida Nathan, retired special ed-
ucation teacher from the Detroit
Public Schools, will be the guest
speaker. Active in the League of
Jewish Women, she is past pres-
ident of the B'nai B'rith Coun-
cil of Metropolitan Detroit.

nity Center. This daily meal is
served on a first come, first
