entertained by so much shtich-
lah (as is the custom...). Rue Paul
danced with people from both
sides of the mechitzah (separa-
tion of the sexes). Tom Hanks
blew Silly String from his nose.
The women's side was so ani-
mated that they hardly noticed
when the Feivel led the men for
Mincha services in the hallway. <
Oy, the benching (grace after
meals) was beautiful. The wed-
ding guests not only took home a
book of prayers (in the cus...), they
got to keep a bench as well.
When the dancing was over,
people left and the lovely couple
planned a week of shevah bra-
chot in the Detroit area and in
Hollywood.
The couple will spend their -\
honeymoon in Israel learning at
K'Far Chabad near Safed while
catching up on the laws of mik-
vah.
The couple has decided to set-
tle in the Hollywood area. The
choice was L.A. or Detroit. But
since Sara's Deli announced it is
closing, and there will no longer
be any kosher sit-down restau-
rants in Detroit, they decided to
move elsewhere.
But for one fleeting evening,
we had Tom and Julie, the Feiv-
el, the Arnold and all those oth-
er stars right here in beautiful
Dearborn.
So the wedding was held dur-
ing the Three Weeks, the solemn
period of time prior to rrisha B'Av
when weddings usually aren't,'
held (in the ... ).
Why didn't the Feivel tell
them?
He didn't think anyone there
lived by "the customs of our peo-
