Miller-Steiger

Darby Ellen Miller and Jonathan
Karl Steiger were recently mar-
ried at Congregation Shaarey
Zedek, B'nai Israel Center. Rab-
bi Leonardo Bitran, Cantor
Chaim Najman and Rabbi Nor-
man Roman of Temple Kol Ami
officiated.
Darby is the daughter of Dr.
Herb and Susan Miller of West
Bloomfield; Jon is the son of Dr.
Ezra and Karen Steiger of Beach-
wood, Ohio.
Dana Miller, friend of the
bride, was maid of honor. Brides-

maids were Lesley Miller, Tracey
Miller Stockwell and Joanna
Steiger. The best man was Daniel
Weiss of Beachwood. Groomsmen
were David Steiger, Howard Col-
lens, and Evan Roe. Other at-
tendants were Philip Stockwell,
Rachel Fleish and Whitney Roe.
Also participating in the cere-
mony were maternal grandpar-
ents, Louis and Florence Epstein
of Flint.
Following a honeymoon in the
Caribbean, the couple will reside
in Ann Arbor.

Levin-Nosanchuk

Madeleine Lehman Levin, a
daughter of Representative and
Mrs. Sander Levin of Royal Oak,
was married recently to Mathew
Samuel Nosanchuk, the son of
Dr. Marcia Gilroy of Franklin
and Judge Saul Nosanchuk of
Windsor, Ontario. Rabbi Irwin
Groner and Cantors Chaim Na-
jman and Sidney Rube officiated
at Congregation Shaarey Zedek
in Southfield.
The bride will keep her name.
She is a research instructor at the
Georgetown University Child De-
velopment Center in Washing-
ton. The groom is a lawyer
associated with the firm of Miller,

Cassidy, Larroca & Lewin, in
Washington. The groom also is
the stepson of Dr. John Gilroy
and Nancy Nosanchuk.
Jennifer Levin Pensler served
as matron of honor. Bridesmaids
were Mary Freeman, Kate Levin,
Vanessa Moss and Emily Rosen-
berg. Matthew Sloan served as
best man. Groomsmen were
Robert Edwards, Martin
Hansen, Andrew Levin and Pao-
lo Morante. Ushers were Gary
Feinerman, Matthew Levin, Alan
Pensler and Joshua Weintraub.
Following a honeymoon in
Italy and Paris, the couple will
reside in Washington.
