Dr. Levy was a graduate of the College of William & Mary, medical graduate of University of Virginia, member of the Wayne County and Michigan State Medical Society, on the teaching staff of the University of Michigan and received a 50- year award for pediatric ser- vice. Dr. Levy was also a Fellow of American Academy of Pedi- atrics, a Delta Epsilon Frater- nity Alumni and a veteran of World War II.
