Shabbat Service, Saturday, June
17, at Temple Israel.

Marshall-Israel Chapter, B'nai
B'rith Women, will have its paid-
up-membership luncheon Thurs-
day, June 15, at noon at the
Zionist Cultural Center.
Lillian Sklar, fund-raising
chairperson, will present awards
to all the participants in the
fund-raising campaign. "Home
Talent Humor" will be present-

lowed by a Circle of Service Lun-
cheon at the temple. Actively
involved in sisterhood and Dis-
trict 11 for 20 years, Ms.
Yomtoob was president of Tem-
ple Beth Israel Sisterhood, Jack-
son and vice-president of Temple
Beth El, South Bend, Ind., before
moving to Ypsilanti and joining
Temple Israel in West Bloom-
field. She is the author of Gift Of
Life. She was named Woman of
the Year in 1985 by Temple Beth
El in South Bend.

Annual Meeting

Masada Group of Hadassah will
hold its installation at noon on
June 20, at Adat Shalom Syna-
gogue.

acting and personal experience.
The business portion of the
evening will recognize the in-
coming YAD leadership and hon-
or the outgoing YAD leadership.

a pledge on behalf of the 1995
Allied Jewish Campaign is re-
