Graduates of Temple Beth El Re-
ligious School will be honored at
Graduation Shabbat services,
Friday evening, June 2, at 8 p.m.
at the temple. The students, who
have written and will conduct
Shabbat services, include Julie

Charnas, Elaine Epstein, Beth
Siriani, Apple Snider, Marci
Sturman and Eric Zacks. The
sisterhood will host an Oneg
Shabbat in the graduates' hon-
or.
On Sunday, June 4, at 10
a.m., the 1995 Confimation
Class will be honored in cere-
monies in the temple. Members
of the class are Andrew Deutch-
man, Heather Dreyfuss, Scott
Epstein, Michael Farkas, Mor-
gan Fine, Seth Fisher, Max
Izbicki, Jared Kaplan, Ryan Ka-
plan, Michael Kuhn, Karen
Lockman, Robert Maskin, Lori
Mathews, Richard Mathews,
David Miller, Brooke Sherline,
Lindsey Sherline, Julie Snider,
Rebecca Sobel, Dana Turken,
Dana Weiner, Margo Weitzman
and Jordon Wertheimer. A kid-
dush in their honor will follow
the service.

Fund for Jewish leadership,
which will be used to underwrite
a portion of the costs of the two
Young Leadership Conclaves
sponsored by Michigan BBYO

tablished by Irwin and Susan
Alterman, whose son, Owen,
served inm 1994-95 as Michi-
gan Region AZA president and
who first proposed the idea of
